prides itself in helping club members achieve their personal goals, on road, mountain and track bikes. Whether you would like to ride a faster century,or win a state, national, or world championship,
Strada coaches Michael and Lisa Kolin can guide you.
The club focus is placed on safe riding practices, technique improvement, bike setup, skill development, fitness attainment,
nutrition education, race preparation and personal growth.
Individualized coaching on supervised, structured rides, four days a week maximizes rider development. All rides are designed to provide an enjoyable social setting and a quality training experience. Our more experienced riders provide an atmosphere of growth and support for all club riders.

Christine Phillips sets fastest Womens 2000K time at 2012 Masters Track Nationals!
Christine Phillips adds another big win to her long list of successes!
Today at the Masters National Track Championships she rode in the Points Race…an event that is not for the faint of heart. Just before the fourth sprint Christine dove down the banking and solo'd to the sprint win. She looked over her shoulder after crossing the finish line, assessed how far her competitors were behind her and decided to go for it. That shows her aggression because attacking after just completing an attack takes supreme will power, fitness and determination. Christine put her head down and gained distance from the pack. Their combined efforts to reel her in were without success and, instead, she lapped the field with just two laps to go. Unless someone could break away, catch Christine AND have accumulated more sprint points, the Gold medal would be Christine's. As you might guess, NO ONE was going to get away from Christine in the remaining distance and as they rang the bell for the final lap, she knew that she was only one lap away from the top of the podium...
Into the history books again for Christine as the 2012 NATIONAL POINTS RACE CHAMPION!

2012 US National Criterium Championships10-12
Twenty-nine fast and furious 10-12 juniors were on the startline for the US National Crit Championships Friday morning.
After having raced the Road Race and TimeTrial, these juniors were all hungry for their chance at the podium.
Michael Hemmerlin was off the startline in a flash and there were numerous attacks.
In skillfully avoiding congestion, Michael ended up near the back of the pack with only a few laps remaining in the Criterium. Try as he might, Michael could not move within the group. In typical Hemmerlin fashion, Michael calculated and restructured his strategy, when he noticed one of the top finishers of the previous event was close by. Michael grabbed his wheel as he attacked and charged through the pack just as they rang the bell lap! Michael was poised in second place at the moment. More crowding and positioning in the final turns and the pack was pinched and squeezed and …the sprint was on.
Michael passed another racer in the sprint and was passed by a racer across the line for a fifth place finish and a podium position!
Congratulations Michael from all your Strada Team Mates!
Michael now joins the elite group of Strada Racers that have medaled at the Nationals!
