Strada was represented by Paul Broaderip and Nick Thorpe and both had flats! In Nick's case, he shredded his tire and had to walk back four miles with no chance to rejoin the race. Paul had a huge adventure as he somehow got pushed back to last on the start (in a field of 35 riders). He fought his way around everyone and while leading got a flat. He kept refilling his tire a total of four times and still managed to hold on to fifth place. Amazing job, Paul!
