SPECIAL AWARDS

• Cat 1 Mens Race Winner will receive a large canvas, custom-framed personal picture from the awards ceremony courtesy of DeMarco’s The UPS Store!
• Master Mens 50-59 Race Winner will receive a free PRIVATE flight to Sedona including lunch for two, donated by Stephen and Joanna Bobko-Hillenaar!
• Domenic Malvestuto Cup: Presentation Team Trophies will be awarded to the two top High School Teams as follows: the racers (junior men and women) from a high school will be awarded points by position. First Place-1 point, Second Place-2 points, Third Place-3 points etc.The High School Team with the lowest score of their top placing three racers who place in the top ten will win.

REGISTRATION

• Race day registration closes 30 minutes prior to Start times
• Race day entry - additional $10, Second race of the day - $10
• Races will run rain or shine
• Standard USAC release form required - will be provided online and at the event
• USAC 2013 license must be presented - license renewal $60-Adult
• One day license ($10) will be available

NOTES

• All awards and races are subject to change: discretion of promoters/referees
• All USA Cycling rules apply
• Helmets must be worn at all times when on a bicycle
• Lapped racers or otherwise out-of-contention racers may be pulled at referee discretion
• Categories may be combined/split or cancelled at the discretion of the promoters
• Wheel Pit: wheels in-wheels out, and at your own risk
• All wheels must be tagged with owner or team name
• Juniors must pass roll-out (26’0”, 7.93m) prior to staging for their race
• No urinating or changing in public, port-a-johns will be provided
• Place the race number on the left side of your body
• You must attend the award presentation to receive your prize
• We strongly suggest you wear your team kit for the award presentation and podium pictures

RACE LOCATION

• The Sun Devil Classic will be held in the ASU Research Park, Tempe Arizona
• Race entry to parking lots is from Elliot.
• No automobiles South of the parking lot on South River Parkway
• No entrance to the race course or event parking lot from Warner

• The course is closed to warmup after 7am. We recommend warming up on a trainer
• Please help keep the Race Site Clean - trash receptacles will be provided
• Please DO NOT FEED the wildlife and ESPECIALLY - DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS
